Ingredients
- 500g Kenza Angel Hair
- 300g free-range boneless chicken
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 carrots, small dice
- 1 stalk of celery, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1.2L chicken broth
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Salt, black pepper and a pinch of turmeric
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation Steps

1. Sauté onion, garlic and carrots in olive oil for 3 minutes.

2. Add broth, celery, salt, and pepper, then simmer for 15 minutes.

3. Add angel hair and cook for 5-7 minutes without over-stirring.

4. Adjust seasoning, add parsley and lemon juice.

5. Serve very hot with bread.
